Papadu- Robin Hood of Telangana
It seems the there is no change in attitude of certain segments of Telangana people in past 300+ years. Good that KCR has proven commitment for Telanagana State. Please read this article from "The New Cambridge History of India Vol. 1.8: A Social History of the Deccan, 1300–1761 Eight Indian Lives". The historical account of Telangana legend " Saravayi Papadu". Infact 2010 is 300 years of his martyrship. I was not able to find exact date of it . I found the source book of his confrontations with Mughul military but it is Arabic / Urdu which I cannot read, If anyone of you know who can read urdu fluently may help us to find exact date in Islamic calender.
